Pereira has been an influential player for the Baggies since he arrived from Sporting Lisbon in the summer of 2019.
The 25-year-old scored eight goals and registered an impressive 20 assists as Albion won promotion from the Championship in 2019/20.
Last season, Pereira scored 11 goals in 33 games in the Premier League, as the club were relegated back down to the second tier.
Pereira is now attracting interest from the top-flight, withcrediting Norwich City with an interest in the midfielder.
