Rangers -linked winger Andreas Skov Olsen will make a decision on his future "in the coming days", according to a report. The 22-year-old Danish international looks bound to leave Bologna and Ibrox boss Gio van Bronckhorst has been credited with an interest. The Daily Mail reported on Saturday Olsen appears keen to depart Bologna having been unable to cement himself as a regular under manager Sinisa Mihajlovic, although he did start and score in their lasting outing against Sassuolo. Olsen , also a team-mate of former Hearts star Aaron Hickey, has 14 caps for Denmark, scoring an

Bologna boss Sinisa Mihajlovic has moved to cool speculation that Andreas Skov Olsen will leave the club amid links with Rangers.

Reports in Belgium had suggested that Club Brugge has won the race to sign the Denmark winger from the Serie A side.

Mihajlovic has heaped praise on the 22-year-old ahead of their clash with Napoli, insisting he remains part of the first-team plans.

Speaking to the Italian press, he said: "Skov Olsen is doing well. He did well in Cagliari too. Sometimes he should be more proactive, despite not playing in his role.

"We have many solutions, so I still don't know how and who I will play tomorrow, but on Skov I know I can count on two roles."

He has since made 134 appearances for the Gers, notching seven goals and 34 assists in that time and helping them to win the Premiership last year.

Serie A Bologna need to raise funds amid Rangers links to Andreas Skov Olsen as the Italian club are linked to Aberdeen star Calvin Ramsay. Skov Olsen turns out for the Serie A side who’re looking for Dons youngster Ramsay to follow in the footsteps of ex-Hearts kid Aaron Hickey, who is on fine form in Italy. Bologna have made contact to sign Aberdeen's Calvin Ramsay, claim Sky Italia.

Skov Olsen is still being linked with Rangers . As stated previously on GMS, it's incredibly hard to see where Olsen would fit in at Rangers - particularly because of the sheer number of attacking players they have in their ranks. That being said, he'd certainly be an eye-catching addition for the SPFL. The Denmark international racked up a mighty 26 goals last season and has been muttered alongside some of the most promising young footballers in world football.

When pushed on transfer speculation, he insisted he would have the final say on any exit: "I am not responsible for the costs or the choice of players, I am the technical manager and I train whoever is made available to me.

"I choose the players with the sporting director, but it is always me who decides if there is a need (to sell) and who must be taken, together with the sports director."

Gio van Bronckhorst and sporting director Ross Wilson have been credited with an interest in the player through Italian reports but Record Sport understands the links are tenuous at this stage.

Elsewhere, St Johnstone goalkeeper Zander Clark is on the Ibrox radar and is also attracting interest from Aberdeen.
