Priyanka Gandhi Vadra (March 12) delivered her first political speech in Gujarat's Gandhinagar.

After making headlines for her debut poll speech, the Congress leader also tweeted for the first time.

Priyanka Gandhi joined Twitter in February, 2019, but on Tuesday, after her debut poll speech in Gandhinagar, she also pushed two tweets in five minutes.

In her first tweet, she wrote, "In the simple dignity of Sabarmati, the truth lives on."

Roughly five minutes later she posted another tweet with a photo. In that tweet she quoted Mahatma Gandhi. She wrote, "I object to violence because when it appears to do good, the good is only temporary; the evil it does is permanent."
