Lithuanian man found dead in west Dublin

Lithuanian man found dead in west Dublin A man has been found dead in Tallaght in west Dublin on Monday. The man, aged in his 40s and originally from Lithuania, was found dead at a house in Newhall Court shortly after 4pm on the bank holiday. 

An appeal has been issued to trace the whereabouts of a 26 - year - old man who is missing from his home in Tallaght , Dublin. Thomas Doran was last seen when he left his home at Sheehy Skeffington Meadows, Tallaght , Dublin 24 at 8pm on Monday , 6 May .

Thomas Doran ( 26 ) was last seen when he left his home at Sheehy Skeffington Meadows, Tallaght , Dublin 24 at 8pm on Monday May 6 th. Gardaí in Cork are seeking help in locating 44- year - old Tim Dennehy who has been missing from his home in Ballyhea, Charleville since April 24th.

***UPDATE: Gardai have confirmed that the body of Thomas Doran has been found, and no further action needs to be taken.

Gardai have issued an appeal to the public to help trace Thomas Doran, who hasn't been seen since he left his house in Tallaght on Monday last.

Thomas's family are very concerned for the young man's welfare and gardai have issued a statement asking for the public's help.

They said in a statement: "Gardaí wish to seek the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 26 year old Thomas Doran who is missing from his home in Tallaght.

Gardai investigating as woman found dead at home in Bagenalstown, Co Carlow.
Her body has been removed to Waterford University Hospital where a post-mortem is due to take place. Gardai investigating the discovery say her death is not suspicious.
