Spike Island and the Cliffs of Moher have been shortlisted in the world’s best attraction category at this year’s International Travel and Tourism Awards (ITTA).

The tourists attractions, located in Co. Cork and Co. Clare respectively, will have to beat the likes of the Warners Brothers’ Harry Potter studio tour in London, the Dark Sky Alqueva in Portugal, Les Villages Nature Paris, and Sengan-en, Shoko Shuseikan Museum, and Satsuma Kiriko Glassworks Renovation Project in Japan.
