Ryan Volrath, whose wife and kids live in Tyrone, had a return ticket for a ten-day visit as he planned to spend his birthday with his kids Flynn (6), Foster (3) and Donavon (10 mths).

Instead the 33-year-old was denied entry at the airport and flown back to the States on Monday reportedly due to concerns he was going to overstay his visa.
