GARDAÍ INVESTIGATING THE death of a man found at a house in Co Kerry have made an appeal for witnesses to come forward . The body of Thomas Carton was discovered by gardaí at a house in Torc Terrace, Killarney shortly after 10pm on Wednesday.

A spokesperson said: " Gardai are appealing for witnesses in relation to the death of Thomas Carton, 55 years of age, at a house in Torc Terrace, Killarney, Co Kerry on the 20th November, 2019. Shortly after 10pm, Gardaí attended the scene at a house in Torc Terrace and discovered the body of a man .

The body of Thomas Carton was discovered by gardaí at a house in Torc Terrace, Killarney shortly after 10pm on Wednesday.

The 55-year-old’s body was taken to University Hospital Kerry where a post-mortem examination was carried out, the results of which will not be released for “operational reasons”.

A garda spokesperson said investigating officers are “continuing to keep an open mind” in relation to this matter.

Gardaí discovered the body of Thomas Carton at a house in Torc Terrace, Killarney shortly after 10pm. The body was taken to University Hospital Kerry on Thursday Gardaí would like to hear from people who may have seen or spoken to Thomas in recent days or have any information about his death .

Gardaí in Co Kerry are investigating the death of a man in Killarney. Thomas Carton, 55, was found dead at a house in Torc Terrace in the town by gardai who attended the scene just after 10pm. The body was removed and a post mortem was carried out at University Hospital Kerry yesterday.

It is understood that gardaí are not investigating the incident as a murder currently but are trying to establish the movements of Thomas Carton in the days leading up to his death.

“Gardaí are particularly anxious to hear from people who may have seen or spoken to Thomas in recent days or who may have any information whatsoever in relation to his death.”
