Both premises will be closed on January 10, 2020.
A total of 12 services have now been removed from Tusla's register since the introduction of revised regulations in 2016.

Tusla confirmed that more than 99pc of 4,117 childcare providers have begun the re-registration process to secure their continuity.
"Every effort will be made to facilitate and verify the remaining services yet to engage," it said.
Tusla chief executive Bernard Gloster said: "These decisions are the exception and are only taken after careful consideration. Our approach to regulation is balanced between driving improvement and standards as well as ensuring safety."
Tusla previously raised concerns that more than 2,500 crèches faced being unable to operate in 2020 because of low numbers applying to renew registrations.
