Madison Spiers saw the crash and later found a note from the "elf" named Kristoff who visits her house during the holidays. It said, "As we were about to land this big tree jumped right out in front of us!"

The message on the card reads “Here’s something that will give you a little lift this Christmas”.Over the festive period, the instances in which people are found to be over the drink driving limit increase.
