  Harry Dunn's family to launch legal action against Foreign Office Harry Dunn's family has told Sky News they will take legal action against the Foreign Office over the way the government handled the death of their son. The teenager's parents, Charlotte Charles and Tim Dunn, have instructed a top-level legal team to seek a judicial review into the way his case was dealt with.Human rights barrister Geoffrey Robertson, who has defended boxer Mike Tyson and former Brazilian president Lula da Silva, will be on the team.Mrs Charles and Mr Dunn have also condemned Northamptonshire Police's decision to send officers to the United States to interview Anne Sacoolas.

Police investigating the death of Harry Dunn will go to America to interview the suspect, his family have been told.

A source told Sky News: "The chief constable will speak to the press later and confirm that officers will visit the US and conduct an interview with the suspect."

Anne Sacoolas left the UK after her car hit and killed 19-year-old Harry Dunn in August.

It is not known whether a meeting has been arranged.

Earlier, Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab revealed that the US had warned Britain they would remove Mrs Sacoolas from the UK, adding that attempts to keep her here for "justice to be done" were unsuccessful.

Mr Raab said UK police were unable to legally prevent Mrs Sacoolas from leaving.

But he said the government position was that Mrs Sacoolas' immunity ended when she left the UK.

The Dunn family lawyer Radd Seiger told Sky News that Mr Raab's statement added insult to injury.

He said on Twitter: "They are no clearer tonight eight weeks on from Harry's passing than they were in the days after the tragedy.

"They [the authorities] have lost the confidence of the family and they feel it is only the support of the media and the public that has brought us to this point."

Mr Dunn died when his motorbike collided with a car outside RAF Croughton in Northamptonshire on 27 August. Signs have since been placed there to say "drive on the left".

The case is now being dealt with by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and Mr Raab has committed to fight for justice for the family.

He said he and others, including Boris Johnson, have raised the case "at every level" of the US government, including with the president, Donald Trump.
