As the company announced to HOCHTIEF , a joint venture between Turner and Flatiron is building a new terminal at the international airport in San Diego for 2.265 billion US dollars.

Construction is scheduled to begin at the end of 2021. A first part of the new terminal is scheduled to open in 2025, the second part in early 2027.

HOCHTIEF shares get a pre-listing: on the Tradegate trading platform, the shares are listed almost five percent above the Xetra closing price on Monday.

A trader rated the contract as positive for the construction company because it was a billion-dollar project. The Hochtief subsidiaries Flatiron and Turner put the volume at the equivalent of almost two billion euros in a joint statement.
