It was on Tuesday, September 22 at midnight that the submission of candidacy files to the independent national electoral commission ended. Open since September 16, the committee received the files for the legislative elections of November 22. Each free space in the courtyard or in certain rooms is transformed into a meeting place. The lists of future candidates must be completed or the documents checked before they are submitted.
