In Somalia, the head of state Mohamed Abdullahi, says Farmajo, announced in a statement on the night of Sunday 26 to Monday, December 27 "Suspend" his Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble of his duties "Following allegations of corruption ". The two men are engaged in an arm of iron around the conduct of the elections to arrive at the appointment of a new head of state.

The Prime Minister had been accused a few days ago by the Commander of Coast Guard, a close to the President, to take advantage of the grabbing of a land belonging to the Navy, a prosecution vigorously rejected by the 'Interested and several ministers involved. Villa Somalia's release evokes an attempt by the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defense to interfere in the survey open by the army on these allegations.

Despite the suspension of the Prime Minister, the statement stipulates that other members of the government "will continue to perform their duties".
