Even more remarkable than the cars showing up is the colossal logistical effort involved with setting up a show of this magnitude. A quick perusal of SEMA's website reveals some impressive numbers. The show occupies 1.2 million square feet of exhibit space, and about 2,400 companies are exhibiting this year. That's a lot of carpet to be laid down, power run, products shipped, and displays to be set up, and there is a small army of people toiling feverishly behind the scenes to get this place ready for tomorrow's opening.
