2020 Toyota Supra vs. BMW M2 vs. Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 vs. Porsche 718 Cayman

2020 Toyota Supra vs. BMW M2 vs. Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 vs. Porsche 718 Cayman Four sports cars with a past loom large among the giants in Sequoia National Park. The examples collected here represent some of their makers' best work, both in the past and today. BMW's M2 Competition is the closest thing we have to a spiritual successor of the iconic E30-generation M3. The Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 wears a 53-year-old name yet remains the zenith of the muscle car by delivering as much grip and grace as grunt. Porsche's mid-engined Cayman turns 13 this year but has already inked its place in the history books as one of the 21st century's purest driver's cars.

Wild Chevy Muscle Car and Hot Rod Photo Gallery: SEMA 2019

Wild Chevy Muscle Car and Hot Rod Photo Gallery: SEMA 2019 Gallery! Chevy muscle cars and hot rods make a massive presence at the 2019 SEMA Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center. There was the usual array of first-gen Camaros for the F-body enthusiasts, and there was a great mix of Chevelles, Novas, and Tri-Fives, and even a good amount of custom full-size Chevys. One car that is getting major attention is the totally custom-fabricated 1959 El Camino called "Hulk-Camino." It's one of those "love it or hate it" cars due to the extensive bodywork, but after all, this is SEMA and pretty much anything goes. And like we said, it's all about getting attention.

The image, posted first to a WhatsApp family group by son Tom, went viral after his grandson posted it on Twitter and has so far received 320,000 likes and 30,000 retweets.

The whole family have since been overwhelmed by the number of strangers who responded to the pictured and shared their own stories of losing a loved one.

Adam told the BBC: 'My grandpa had been relatively healthy over the course of his life but it was on the Sunday last week while he was in hospital that they realized it would be the end. He called his grandchildren to tell us on the Monday.

'We took the picture Tuesday night and then he died from stage four colon cancer on Wednesday. My dad told us that grandpa had wanted a beer and now when I look at that picture it gives me solace.

'It seems to have tapped into a sense of community and clearly is a moment lots of people relate to.

'The comments have been so kind and we've seen pictures of people toasting bottles of beer in his honor. I thought people I knew might want to see it and respond but had no idea just how many people it seems to have helped.'

Scores of people shared similar stories including one named Ben Riggs, who shared images of his grandfather enjoying a drink before he died.

He wrote: 'I don’t know you... but I felt this. Days before my grandpa passed he let my dad and I know he wanted a cigar and a beer. We made it happen. I’m so sorry for your loss. Your grandpas smile is one for the books!.'

Another person claimed: 'My mother got drunk with her care nurses the night before she died. Beautiful to think that her last full night alive, she laughed and drank with people she called friends. Cancer hospice nurses are all angels.'

Another woman claimed her grandmother did the same thing with shots of Bailey’s cream liquor.

One man said he and his father had a beer and watched a Yankees game and shared an image of the two of them from his hospital room.
