1969 Chevy Chevelle SS 396: A Collector Car You Can Daily Drive

1969 Chevy Chevelle SS 396: A Collector Car You Can Daily Drive This car doesn't just have to sit in your garage! In many ways, certain cars can perfectly define a generation. For the 1960’s it didn't get more iconic than the Chevelle SS. A large displacement engine, simple but accommodating interior, and sporty style is what made the muscle car era and Chevy’s arguably most successful nameplate had it all. © Provided by Motorious Although the purist might disagree, one of the coolest features to come out of this part of automotive history was that the cars were highly customizable.

Happening this weekend, you don't want to miss this online auction!

Cord & Kruse has an auction docket that's really impressive to us at Motorious. It's very well aligned with what kind of news and features we cover - heavy on American engineering, while highlighting collectible works of art made over seas. Whenever they have an auction, it's hard to look away, so we wanted to share our picks of cars to watch in the upcoming Cord & Kruse Auction, taking place online from May 7th-9th.

Restomod 1941 Dodge Power Wagon Command Is The Perfect Vintage Off-Roader This is one of the most unique classics out there. There are an infinite number of custom classic builds out there, but we can't think of one that has as much attitude and know-how as this 1941 Dodge Command. The Command Car was part of Dodge's WC military vehicle lineup that pre-dated the Dodge Power Wagon, and this example, being auctioned off by Cord & Kruise, combines the truck's vintage looks with a modern chassis and powertrain, making it one of the most unique restomod trucks you'll find.
