Télé-Loisirs: How did you come to participate in this doc?

Alba: I work for the Exhausted Parents site. During my sick leave for my parental burnout, my boss contacted me to suggest that I participate in this Prohibited zone . At first I was reluctant, but eventually accepted. It's not easy to accept being on sick leave, it's not easy to talk about it ... You have to accept being burnt out. And I am modest in relation to my children.

So you were contacted for the show when you were already in burnout?

Yes, some images were filmed during my sick leave and others after, to illustrate my situation before this burnout.

When he saw the doc, he said to me " I take dear " (she laughs). We have a rather particular way of life. My husband knows that I take more care of the children, but we had a lot of work to manage and he takes care of it a lot, it's a very demanding job. We have to balance every day. We complement each other by being totally different. He is a very present dad for his children. He knows full well that I do more every day, but he's there for the kids.

After this shoot, there was the health crisis and the confinements. How did you experience this?

The first confinement did me a lot of good. We all got together as a family, we got some time back together, it was no longer racing. We took great pleasure in being with the children, it was a real revelation. But I'm not hiding it, it required a lot of rigor for everyone to do their homework well and it wasn't always easy (she laughs).
