Ultimate Builder Custom Bike Show Winners At D.C. IMS With the penultimate round of the bike show wrapped, prizewinners get ready to move on to the championship It’s getting down to the wire now, and Progressive International Motorcycle Shows (IMS) has announced the winners of the sixth round of the 2018–2019 J&P Cycles Ultimate Builder Custom Bike Show (UBCBS), which wrapped up in Washington D.C. last weekend. As you probably know at this point, the winners move on to compete in the upcoming championship round in Chicago on February 17.

The J&P Cycles Ultimate Builder Custom Bike Show circus rolled into Minneapolis with the weather in the low 30’s. Locals were happy because it was The SHO DOG Award goes to the hardest working builder at the show and in Minneapolis it went to Crazy John Markwald and his double engine bike.

The Progressive International Motorcycle Shows ( IMS ) have always been an interactive experience, providing enthusiasts with their first chance to see, hike a leg over, and push buttons on the latest motorcycles on the market IMS Announces Minneapolis Ultimate Builder Custom Show Winners .

The latest round of the UBCBS series has wrapped and the prizes awarded

Another weekend, another Progressive International Motorcycle Show in the books. That also means there’s a new set of winners from the fourth round of the 2018–’2019 J&P Cycles Ultimate Builder Custom Bike Show (UBCBS), which took place within the IMS Minneapolis event last weekend. And, yes, the prize holders automatically get to compete in the championship round in Chicago on February 17.

Winner: As mentioned above, Jeffrey Thomford’s winning entry is actually a 1998 Suzuki Savage, also known as the “Beer Budget Board Tracker.” This slick thumper features a handbuilt frame with a girder front suspension, 21-inch wheels, an aluminum alloy fender, and aluminum tanks.

This bike clocked 41,000 miles traveling across Vietnam to honor fallen veterans.
