Electric Vehicles are Too Damn Expensive

Electric Vehicles are Too Damn Expensive The average Josephine on the street can’t afford to step into most electric vehicles on sale in the U.S. today, Tesla CEO Elon Musk has admitted. “Our cars are not affordable enough,” Musk said during his second-quarter earnings call in July. “We need to fix that.” Electric cars and crossovers remain far too expensive to be daily commuters for the middle- and working-classes, who in congested urban areas, at least, may be turning to e-bikes instead, an electric segment in which U.S. sales spiked 92-percent in April and 137-percent in May, according to Bicycle Retailer and Industry News.

The Can - Am Ryker just landed at Team Powersports Garner. This three wheeled machine is small, light, maneuverable, and looks absolutely incredible. Be sure

From show room to home and a little training Can Am Ryker I got the 600 because I have never rode a bike or trike of any kind. I can’t stress how important i From what I’m understanding 75% of ppl with bikes are riding without a license so the first thing I did was go out and obtain it, cost me 7 total

We’ve got to give it Can-Am and its parent company, BRP. Its on-road three-wheelers have opened the riding door for lots of folks who otherwise might not have considered getting behind a set of handlebars. Particularly since launching its entry-level Ryker line in 2018. According to BRP, 54 percent of Ryker riders are completely new to the industry; 36 percent are female; 55 percent are under the age of 55; and 48 percent of Ryker riders come from “diverse communities.” Manufacturers these days put a lot of effort into initiatives and models designed to expand the riding population, and it seems that BRP has found a winning formula in this regard.

“We believe that the open road should be open to all,” Josée Perreault, SVP of Can-Am OnRoad at BRP, said in a company press release. “Those aren’t just words. It doesn’t matter if you’re an experienced rider or a rookie, what your ethnic background is, or if you’re a man or a woman. Everyone should be able to experience the incredible fun and freedom of riding. Our vehicles and our approach are centered in that, which is why we continue to outpace other well-known, iconic brands.”
