Tesla is likely to use the platform to show how its battery technology has evolved and where it stands tech-wise against its growing list of competitors in the EV space.

At the event, we expect to see Musk tout the efficiency of Tesla's battery packs and for the company to talk about a long-lasting one-million-mile battery. In a recent impact report, the company compared its miles per kilowatt to competing vehicles and described vehicle with a battery that will last one million miles and how it would reduce the emissions per vehicle produced.
