For many years, Gonzalo Higuain made his mark on European football, scoring numerous goals and winning titles. Now the Argentinean is saying goodbye to Europe with a certain amount of bad luck in the final and is moving across the pond to the MLS - with special memories in his luggage.
The Argentinian Gonzalo Gerardo Higuain, born on December 10th in Brest, France, initially tried it in his father's homeland - and between 1997 and 2007 played for the traditional club River Plate.
The striker, nicknamed "El Pipita", which roughly means "pipe" and goes back to his Buenos Aires-born father Jorge ("El Pipa", the pipe), quickly aroused interest from Madrid. In 2007 Higuain's European tour finally began, which brought him numerous successes at the big clubs Real, Napoli, Juve, Milan, Chelsea and, most recently, Juve again. The goal-hungry attacker won the Europa League 2019 with Chelsea, three championship titles with Juve, three Italian Cups and three Spanish La Liga.
2020 BMW S 1000 XR MC Commute Review
BMW Motorrad expanded into the adventure-sport motorcycle category with its original S 1000 XR. Based off the German brand’s ultra-high-performance S 1000 RR superbike, the redesigned 2020 XR borrows a tweaked version of the S 1000′s recently overhauled liquid-cooled 999cc inline-four (read the 2019 BMW S 1000 RR First Look) with a lighter and more sharp-handling chassis designed for added agility as outlined in the 2020 BMW S 1000 XR First Look Preview. In typical Motorrad fashion, electronic improvements and a plethora of options came on our testbike raising MSRP to $22,640 as tested.
There is one shortcoming
Higuain always played a big part in this, even though in some years he had come from summer vacation a bit overweight and had a lot to work off first. In the end, however, Higuain scored an impressive 107 goals in Spain's upper house, 125 in Italy, 24 in the Champions League, twelve in the Europa League - and in the meantime with Argentina just missed the 2014 World Cup title. Here in the dramatic final against Germany - many should remember - the professional, who was also known for a certain curse of the finals (lost Copa America finals), failed once from a prime location and was also rudely cleared by Manuel Neuer.
At the time, the striker had openly admitted: "I wanted to quit. If it had been up to me, I would have ended my career. I should have taken the chance." The reason it hadn't turned out that way back then: his sick mother. "She told me to keep going. I shouldn't give up what I love."

Miami - "exactly what I was looking for"
So the classic penalty area striker carried on, scored many more times, scored the most goals in a Serie A season (36, record together with Ciro Immobile) - and said goodbye now from Juve as well as from the entire European continent in the direction of the US club Inter Miami, led by David Bechkam, among others. "It's exactly what I've been looking for - a new experience, a new league and a beautiful city," said Higuain, according to the official release. "It is my goal to pass on all the experiences I have made in Europe and to help the team develop." After eleven match days, Inter Miami are bottom of the table in the Eastern Conference of Major League Soccer with just eight points.

2020 Suzuki V-Strom 650 Review—An Exercise In Adventure Purity .
Can the entry-level Suzuki Wee-Strom satisfy an XL-sized ADV itch? And then there’s the V-Strom—and more topically the so-called Wee-Strom, Suzuki’s entry-level adventure bike. First introduced in 2004, the small-displacement motorcycle has been a stalwart in the face of an ever-shifting landscape, a sort of perennial Ford Model T while others have evolved into big, bulky SUVs. Powered by a 645cc V-twin, the smallest 'Strom is an exercise in keeping it simple, stupid. Although it has assumed modernities like fuel injection, traction control, and antilock brakes, the underpinnings stay true to the original no-frills formula.
