Why You Don’t Always Need to Adjust to a New Time Zone And why and when you’d want to do that in the first place.Bear with us. Living in your home time zone during a trip often makes sense if you’re flying far away for, say, a short business trip. Of course, you have to consider the purpose of your travels, too. “I think it’s probably less of a threshold of how many days you’re going to be away and more about what your objective is,” says Winter. If you’re in Paris for a conference for 24 hours and you’re speaking at said conference, you likely have to be on, and would benefit from adjusting.

From nutrient-dense acai bowls and flaky scones to creamy “cashewgurt” and scrumptious cookies (yes, cookies!), you won’t have to miss Whether you ’re following Vegan Before 6 or taking the plunge into a vegan lifestyle , here are 13 energizing vegan breakfast recipes to help you start your day.

One of the main dishes for my breakfast for dinner party was this Texas Style Breakfast Casserole. Rectangles take up too much space at the table. For the Texas Style Breakfast Casserole, press hash browns onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.

The scones shown above all come from Bouchon Bakery, and the Cinnamon Honey Scones, in particular, are proving to be a Club favorite. Multiple members are calling them the best scones they've ever had, and with descriptions like "to die for," "run, don't walk, to make these," and "the most tender, delicious, melt in your mouth scones." We'd recommend picking up a copy (and joining us in the Club once you do).

We wouldn't want you to miss out on stellar scones just because you haven't picked up a copy of the book yet though, so here are 13 recipes for standout scones, both sweet and savory.

Gwyneth Paltrow Is 'Basically Never Cleansing' and Eats 'Whatever I Want' for Dinner .
While people may assume that wellness guru Gwyneth Paltrow is constantly trying out the latest juice or soup cleanses, it’s actually a rare occurrence. The Goop founder says she’s usually eating whole meals, especially at dinnertime.“I’m basically never cleansing,” Paltrow, 45, says on the latest episode of The Goop Podcast, adding that she’s on a cleanse “only if I’m guinea pigging something for the website.
