Coca-Cola Japan Just Introduced the World’s First Frozen Coke Squeeze Pouches

Coca-Cola Japan Just Introduced the World’s First Frozen Coke Squeeze Pouches Coca-Cola Japan keeps introducing enviable limited-edition flavors and pushing the technological boundaries of beverage-drinking with wild new soda inventions. According to Sora News 24, Coca-Cola Japan says the frozen Coca-Cola pouches have actually been in development for eight years and went through 100 prototypes before landing on this design and formula. It apparently takes a lot of effort to make sure the Coca-Cola flavors taste right, without getting too intense or watered-down with freezing.

Over the last year fast food brands have been going ALL in with their marketing stunts. So much so that we never know what's coming next from Wendy's feisty Twitter to KFC only following 5 Spice Girls and 6 guys named Herb on their social account. This time though, it's Arby's, and they've just broken two Guinness World Records to share some big news: the company has said goodbye to Pepsi and hello to Coca-Cola. To celebrate? Coke Floats all summer long, people!

"We are proud to now pour Coca-Cola products at Arby's restaurants across the United States. They are amazing partners with amazing brands,” said Rob Lynch, President of Arby’s. “We’re known for big, meaty sandwiches and variety that is second to none in our industry. We now have an incredible range of Coca-Cola beverages that perfectly complements our menu.”

Fast food debate: Do you know what Arby's name really means?

Fast food debate: Do you know what Arby's name really means? Arby's is all about roast beef, but its name is a little more complex than its food. Most people know Arby's for its roast beef, curly fries and unusual meat offerings like sky-high stackers or even venison. But when it comes to the name of the fast food chain, it turns out a lot of people don't know what "Arby's" really means.

The Coke Float, here just in time to refresh on warmer days, combines Arby’s classic Vanilla Shake with Coca-Cola and they're selling for $1.99 right now, and only a buck in July. Customers can grab either a 16 oz. or 24 oz. Coke floats are normally the kind of novelty beverages you only find in old-fashioned diners, so it's pretty epic that they're now at Arby's locations nationwide.

As for the two Guinness World Records, Arby's and Coca-Cola teamed up to create the world's smallest and largest advertisements, which is pretty genius. To achieve the smallest, they had the helping hands of Georgia Tech’s Institute for Electronics and Nanotechnology to etch, “A big announcement is coming. This isn’t it,” onto a literal sesame seed from an Arby's bun as a teaser. Ok, Arby's that is so cool.

And for the slightly larger and real announcement, they made an ad poster which stretched nearly five acres in the smallest town in America - Monowi, Nebraska - with a population of one. The ad read, “Arby’s Now Has Coke.”
