Mixing them with garlic, tomatoes and onions give the dip the traditional flavor. Then top it with salt, olive oil, cilantro and lime.

Zucchini squash and tomatillos are other tasty alternatives. Blending them together will give your dip a similar consistency to avocados. Just mix them up with all the other ingredients.
