Chip and Jo Gaines's Latest Venture? A Hotel

Chip and Jo Gaines's Latest Venture? A Hotel Here's everything we know so far.Everyone's favorite remodeling duo is at it again. This morning, Chip and Joanna Gaines—they of Fixer Upper fame—announced their latest venture in a segment on the Today Show, a hotel. That's right, now that they've successfully shiplapped every home in Waco, they've set their sights on a larger project.

Alright, you guys. Before we go any further, I just want to tell you that I love you and I am so sorry. Cool? Cool! Now that that's out of the way, I am going to ask you to kindly stop everything you're doing and watch Chip Gaines (yeah, that one) milk a cow directly into someone's mouth. Why not/happy Friday/what a time to be alive, you know!?

This clip, which was posted on July 1 but came to the Delish staff's attention this morning, comes from an episode of World's Best Gaming Room. For those unfamiliar with the people who posted it, the "Dude Perfect" crew is "best known for trick shots, stereotypes, battles, bottle flips, ping pong shots and all-around competitive fun, [we] pride ourselves in making the absolute best family-friendly entertainment possible!"

Chip and Joanna Gaines Are Opening a Hotel and the First Photo Looks So Cozy

Chip and Joanna Gaines Are Opening a Hotel and the First Photo Looks So Cozy Is it too soon to book a room? They've got millions of fans, several books, a magazine, a restaurant, a line with Target, a forthcoming coffee shop, a market, and five kids. Oh yeah, and an entire television network in the works.

So, sure, yeah, it totally makes sense that Chip would make an appearance to help one of the guys complete one of their dares! When it is established that someone only referred to as "Beard" has to "milk a cow straight into [his] mouth" because he landed on that option during the "Wheel Unfortunate" segment, Beard says he would normally be more excited to introduce Chip to the audience, but that, you know, Chip was going to be the person who facilitated the milking.

Who better to milk the cow than Chip Gaines?

Once they get into it, Chip, for one, seems thrilled. He takes some time to make a real milky mess, all the while cracking jokes and laughing.

I repeat: Why not/happy Friday/what a time to be alive, you know!?

Enjoy.

Why Wasabi Heat Feels Different From Chili Pepper Heat.
I love hot peppers, but I can’t stand wasabi. Both might be described as “hot” or “spicy,” but they create that feeling in different ways. Here’s how. You may have heard of capsaicin, the oily chemical in jalapeños, hot sauce, chili powder, and other hot-pepper-derived foods and condiments. © Photo: Carl Court (Getty Images)Wasabi, mustard and horseradish contain a different chemical, allyl isothiocyanate. (This is no relation to the chemical in mustard gas, which is unrelated but got its name because early preparations reportedly smelled like mustard.
