potatoes are incredibly diverse. How about it's time with savory potato rosemary talers? Basic is a simple yeast dough mixed with crushed potatoes and tomato cubes. Fresh rosemary gives the taler a Mediterranean touch. Whether from the grill or the pan, as a supplement to meat or as a vegetarian main course: These potato talers are a pleasure.

ingredients 400 g potatoes, floury cooking salt 2 branches of rosemary 60 g of dried tomatoes 12 g fresh yeast, alternative 1 painted TL dry yeast 1/2 Tl sugar or honey 300 g wheat flour, type 550, plus some flour for the work surface approx. 40- 60 ml olive oil approx. 250 ml sour cream sauce (eg from develey ) preparation washing potatoes and cooking in boiling salted water, then drain, cool, peel and crush with a fork. Rosemary from the stems strip and cut. Finely dice tomatoes. Mix 170 ml of lukewarm water with yeast and sugar and leave for 10 minutes covered on a warm square. Then knead with flour, rosemary and a teaspoon of salt for 10 minutes to a homogeneous dough, for example in a food processor. Finally, work in the end of crushed potatoes and tomato dice. Dough covered for another 30 minutes, then out of the crowd on a floured work surface of eight flat shapes and leave again for 15 minutes. Coat flats with olive oil and cook on the grill (alternatively in a grill pan) at medium heat for 5-6 minutes on both sides. Serve with Sour Cream sauce and, for example, a tomato salad.

Tip: You can add two tablespoons of cross fried bacon cubes to the dough.
