Solved! What Are the 8 Types of Homeowners Insurance Policies? Q: I’m looking at buying my first home and know that I will need a homeowners insurance policy, but I’m at a bit of a loss as to what kind of policy I need. What are the different types of homeowners insurance, and what does homeowners insurance cover? How do I know which one is right for me and my home? A: There are eight different types of homeowners insurance policies, ranging from HO-1 to HO-8 policies. These insurance products each have different coverage limits and insure different types of properties.

It's been a very busy summer of TV watching, so I'm happy to say that this week is a little lighter on new offerings, which makes it the perfect time to catch up on shows like The Bear (FX on Hulu) or Netflix's Virgin River. (Speaking of, read our latest with the romantic drama's new showrunner.) There's also plenty of great, smaller shows you might have missed, like PBS's docuseries In Their Own Words, which re-airs the episode on Queen Elizabeth II this week.

Perhaps most exciting of all though is the comfort TV food that premieres this week, starting with Hallmark Channel kicking off its annual “Fall into Love” programming event with four new original movie premieres each Saturday. Up first: Love in the Limelight with the PenaVegas.

10 Beers That Are Never Worth the Price

For the foodie, there's Alex vs. America on the Food Network, which premieres this Sunday night and includes episodes on Italian food and brunch. Say no more. Also happening this week: The Bachelorette heads to the high seas this week, while Netflix airs Wedding Season on Friday.

A lot of new shows are on the way next week, including season three of Netflix's Never Have I Ever and the debut of Prime Video's A League of Their Own, so enjoy the slight break now. I'll see you back here next Sunday.

Sunday, July 31

The Golden Girls (Hallmark Channel): There's a Golden Girls pop-up restaurant that's now open in Los Angeles and will be coming to New York City, San Francisco, Miami, and Chicago beginning later this year. It's a fully-functioning (and delicious!) café and bar that transports guests into the wicker-loving land of palm trees, cheesecakes, and lanai's.

How to Fix Your Sleep Schedule

How to Fix Your Sleep Schedule Waking up feeling well-rested is about more than getting a full eight hours of sleep. Here, doctors share tips for optimizing your unique-to-you routine.I know I'm not the only one tossing and turning. A recent study done by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) showed that 14.5 percent of American adults and about 17 percent of women have problems falling asleep most or every night when observed for 30 days. Lots of people are having a hard time getting — and staying — asleep.

To get in the mood before you go, you can stream the classic sitcom on Hulu or tune into one of the series's best episodes when it airs on the Hallmark Channel tonight. “To Catch a Neighbor” (season two, episode 24) features George Clooney and Joe Campanella as police officers who set up a stakeout at Blanche's house to capture neighborhood jewel thieves; it is the penultimate episode of season two and originally aired on Saturday, May 2, 1987 on NBC. For more on what it's like to visit the pop-up, take a look on my Instagram page (in feed) here. Reservations available at Bucketlisters. You can stream Golden Girls on Hulu or watch the Clooney episode at 10 p.m. ET/PT tonight on Hallmark Channel.

Alex vs. America (Food Network/discovery+): Speaking of amazing dining experiences, you can learn a thing or two with tonight's premiere of Alex vs. America in which celebrity chef Alexandra “Alex” Guarnaschelli returns with two new episodes of her show. The first one—“Alex vs Italian”—welcomes three chefs specializing in Italian cuisine from New York, Florida, and New Jersey. The chefs strategize which ingredients to choose that will take Chef Guarnaschelli out in round one. In round two, judges and chefs Evan Funke and Antonia Lofaso determine if one of these Italian experts have the chops to beat Alex in her own kitchen.

The Bachelorette (ABC): Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey will set sail on tonight's episodes which takes place on the high seas thanks to Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Voyages cruise line. Filmed aboard the Valiant Lady, the upcoming episodes will feature the Mediterranean’s most stunning backdrops. If you're wondering why everyone is vacationing on the Amalfi coast this summer but you, then hopefully the next few episodes will help transport us there (hey, at least we won't go broke in the process).

If You Need Denim With Stretch, You've Come to the Right Place

If You Need Denim With Stretch, You've Come to the Right Place There was once a time where it felt like all jeans had stretch in them, but as the vintage-inspired, rigid denim became more popular, it's become harder and harder to find great jeans with some give.

Also, The Manor–the ship’s signature nightclub that traces back to Richard Branson’s first Virgin music studio–makes a special appearance during one of the season’s most competitive dates, while Redemption Spa’s thermal suite and mud room doubles as a merman hideaway and hangout for the guys. Since we're not going to get Bachelor in Paradise until later this fall (September 27, 2022, to be exact), this might be the next best thing. 8 p.m. ET/PT, 7 p.m. CT and streaming the next day on Hulu

Wedding Season (Netflix): The plot is a bit predictable, but Wedding Season features two charismatic leads (Pallavi Sharda, Suraj Sharma) and a gorgeous backdrop in which Asha and Ravi are pressured by their immigrant parents to find spouses so they pretend to date in order to survive a summer of weddings. Of course they find themselves falling for each other, to which I ask: Why doesn't it ever work this easily in real life? Streaming

The Sandman (Netflix): From Warner Bros. Television comes the highly anticipated dark fantasy series based on the popular comic books of the same name created for DC by Neil Gaiman. Gwendoline Christine (Game of Thrones), Tom Sturridge (Sweetbitter), and Kirby Howell-Baptiste (Why Women Kill) are among the cast, who were all at Comic-Con in San Diego last weekend to debut the show's trailer. 10 episodes, streaming

Luck (Apple TV+): Sam Greenfield is apparently the unluckiest person in the world but when she stumbles into the never-before-seen Land of Luck, she sets out to bring some good luck home for her best friend. Sounds lovely, except humans are not allowed so her only hope is to team up with the magical creatures who live there to do it. The cast is voiced by Jane Fonda, Whoopi Goldberg, Simon Pegg, Lil Rel Howery, Colin O’Donoghue, John Ratzenberger, and more, and the trailer has over 11 million views, so don't sit out on this one. Love in the Limelight (Hallmark Channel): I'm in no rush for summer to be over, but I also can't help but look forward to the crisp fall air and autumn-scented candles. Alexa PenaVega and Carlos PenaVega will help get you (or me) in the mood as they kick off Hallmark's annual “Fall Into Love” programming event, with six original songs written by Carlos in the film Love in the Limelight. The movie is inspired by the real-life love story of Willie Aames (Picture Perfect Mysteries: Exit Stage Death, Eight is Enough) and his wife Winnie Hung.

Here's the plot, per Hallmark: "As a teenager, Summer (Alexa PenaVega) was a devoted fan of the popular boy band the Mendez Boyz, especially Nick (Carlos PenaVega), their lead singer. After receiving a sweet fan letter from Summer, Nick decides to respond with a phone call, sparking the start of a friendship that’s lasted to this day. When Nick’s manager books a gig for him at a small venue in Summer’s hometown of Salt Lake City, where she now works in human resources at a local university, the two finally meet face-to-face. It’s clear their friendship has set the stage for romance and Summer’s abuelita–a hip grandma with a TikTok following–encourages her to follow her heart." 8 p.m. ET/PT

Belfast (HBO): In case you haven't seen Kenneth Branagh's Oscar-winning film about 1969 Belfast, Ireland as seen through the eyes of the precocious Buddy (Jude Hill), here's your chance to do it thanks to HBO. Or if you have, then you know you'll want to watch it again. The film also stars Caitriona Balfe and Jamie Dornan, who are absolutely magnetic together, and will make you want to watch this clip over and over and over again. 8/7c
