They are often seen heading to and from the gym. And on Wednesday, Alex Rodriguez revealed he and fiancee Jennifer Lopez are sharing their fitness routine on the Fitplan app. The former professional athlete, 44, and the singer/actress, 50, were seen performing a variety of strength training and cardio moves — a sneak peek at the soon to be released content.
Going to the gym isn’t for everyone, and it’s definitely not for Miranda Lambert. While her husband Brendan McLoughlin is all about getting in those sweat sessions, the "It All Comes Out In The Wash" singer just revealed in a new interview that she’s legit freaked out by them.
Apparently, McLoughlin is a total fitness buff (yeah, it’s obvious), while Miranda toldthat she’s "terrified" of gyms. Still, it seems like her new hubby might be helping the country star get over her fear when they work out together sometimes.
No, You Don't Necessarily Have To Wash Your Gym Clothes After Every Workout
But there are some general guidelines you should follow if you're going to skip the wash.
"He helps me because he’s so energetic and he’ll push me," Miranda said of exercising with McLoughlin. But she said she’s also helping him see that there’s more to life than being fit.
"I think I’m helping him realize that, that’s great and all, but that’s not what defines you," she explained. "You’re very genetically blessed, and I’m happy for you, but who you are isn’t what you look like."
Still, she’s not complaining about the way he looks. Miranda said that she’s a "creeper" when it comes to her husband—and his eight-pack abs. "I creep on him doing things shirtless and use it for my own benefit," she said. Case in point:

All that said, Miranda has her own ways of staying healthy. For starters, she eats well. "I just literally would make grilled chicken breast, sweet potato salad. There was no miracle," she previously toldafter losing weight.
