Taking time to care for your mental health is just as crucial as Bella says. For some, a break from social media and other parts of life that might be stressful can be a huge relief. Like Bella, some people turn to spirituality, nature, and wisdom-filled books to help them reset. Others, however, need tools like therapy and mental health medication. No matter what kind of help you need, there's no shame in seeking it out or taking time to work on your mental health.
