Calisthenics vloggers Stan Browney and Arjen Albers have taken on a variety of physically gruelling fitness challenges, includingand . But after being challenged by fellow YouTuber Jesser in a new video, they faced one of their toughest ordeals yet.
They set out to lift 100,000 pounds each in the span of just one hour. That's the equivalent to 2,222 barbells, or in Albers' case, nearly 650,000 times his own bodyweight. Given that Browney and Albers' expertise lies more in the bodyweight exercise category, this is going to be a lot of weights for them.

Albers starts by immediately supersetting his weighted squats with pushups, introducing bodyweight reps into the mix which they find relatively easier and which will still count towards their final target. "The pushups are really a rest," says Browney, who struggles to do more than 5 dips in a weighted vest, and recommends simple bodyweight versions to Albers as a "way better option."
While Browney deadlifts, Albers churns out the weighted pullups, although he finds that he is sweating so much he needs to re-chalk his hands every couple of pullup reps as his grip is becoming too slick.

As the fatigue sets in, the pair start thinking up some "low effort" ways to lift weights, such as throwing an 11-pound medicine ball back and forth. "This has to be the hardest hour workout I've ever done," says Browney once they have completed the 100,000 pound challenge—with 3 whole minutes left on the clock. "I don't know what to say, man, I 'm dead."
