So, just how does Padma stay so fit? Usually, she works out five times a week for around 90 minutes. Since the pandemic, she's tweaked her routine to fit her at-home lifestyle, but she still finds plenty of ways to get her sweat on.

As far as sculpting her muscles goes, Padma is a hugefan. She FaceTimes her instructor from twice a week. “I started going to Pilates a few years ago, because my chiropractor recommended it for my back,” she said. Padma was diagnosed with scoliosis at age 13 and sustained hip and arm injuries in a car accident a year later.
“Pilates changed my body," she said. "It made me strong in places I didn’t know I needed to be. I have a butt now that I didn’t have during my modeling career!”
a lot of Padma's meals are shared with her daughter, Krishna. For breakfast, Padma makes her favorite cup of masala chai with a splash of milk (one of seven to ten cups she'll drink in a day!). She'll also dive into a container of cottage cheese or yogurt with a toasted English muffin and around a pint of blackberries or blueberries.
Lunch is almost always dinner leftovers from the night before. “We cook one fresh meal a day in our home and that's usually for dinner,” she said. “I purposely cook extra so that I will have enough for lunch.”

Later in the afternoon, Padma and Krishna team up for a snack. They'll munch on apples and peanut butter or tomatoes and chips. “I probably eat at least half that plate because it's just sitting there,” she said.
Dinner is around seven. Some of Padma's favorite meals to make include lasagna and lentils and rice in a sautéed vegetable curry with an Indian yogurt-based sauce called raita. And for dessert, Padma reaches for a piece of chilledor fruit.
Padma and Krishna are also big on midnight snacks: “I have my midnight nacho night with Krishna probably once or twice a week,” she told WH. Tbh? I 'm on board—with extra cheese, please!
