Apple Fitness+ has given exercise fans more than just a new space to sweat along to group fitness classes using the tech company's mega popular devices like the Apple Watch, iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV since its launch late last year. The Time to Walk feature, which debuted shortly after the release of Fitness+, provides users a a more calming, intimate way to stay active with guided audio excursions alongside some of the most notable figures in pop culture, science, and sports, like Dolly Parton, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, and Anthony Joshua.

To close out the first year of the Time to Walk series, Apple has a final big name to add to its roster for a special holiday installment on December 6: Prince William, Duke of Cambridge.

The meditative session, which plays out in the user's headphones as if they're in step with the speaker, finds Prince William speaking about his focus on "keeping mentally fit," according to a release from Apple. The royal also spends time to share the account of "a lighthearted moment when he was drawn out of his comfort zone, the value of listening as a way to empower others, and an experience that led him to prioritize mental health," per the announcement.

Apple will double down on that final topic of the episode from its own coffers. The company announced that it will make donations to charities based in the U.S., U.K., and Australia that are dedicated to work on mental health causes: the Crisis Text Line, Shout 85258, and Lifeline. All of these organizations were chosen by Prince William and provide free, confidential support to people experiencing mental health crises, according to the release.

Fitness+ subscribers will have access to the episode on December 6—but Apple is also making this special edition episode available via Apple Music 1 radio. The 38-minute segment will be streamed for free on Monday, December 6, at 8 a.m. local time in London and Los Angeles and on Tuesday, December 7, at 8 a.m. local time in Sydney.
