From plyometric moves to compound exercises, here's how the To All the Boys I've Loved Before star trains.Mascitti says that, most recently, he's been training virtually with Condor about four to five times a week. Their sessions run about an hour long and their primary focus is high-intensity interval training (HIIT), he shares. "We also do a lot of resistance training combined with plyometric movements," he adds.
As an in-demand Hollywood actor,is always “on.” The pressure to be all things to everyone, especially for , which is a lot for even the most accomplished celebrities. It's one of the many reasons the 23-year-old has relied on dance—specifically —for her emotional and physical well-being.
“It's always been a workout thatand leaves me feeling energized instead of depleting me,” she tells Glamour. “I started when I was 13 because I was a dancer, and even after I stopped ballet, I still incorporated it into my everyday life because it makes me happy.”
Glamour Editors Around the World on the Beauty Products They Can't Live Without
Glamour's editors-in-chief share the beauty items you’ll want for 2021, from simple facial treatments to serums that give serious results. It's something Glamour's editors-in-chief around the globe know well. Collectively, they've seen the ways in which their readers—who span four continents—have navigated the past 12 months, whether that be working from home while also managing childcare or finding an escape in a luxurious face cream or warm shower. With limits on in-person beauty services, social distancing, and mask-wearing requirements, we've had to try our hands at being our own hairstylists, manicurists, and facialists.
In fact, she hopes to get—her new costar in the upcoming HBO Max film —on board as well. “How fun would that be if I teach him a class?” she says. “I don't know how he feels about that, but I'm down! We've met a few times, so I'm really excited to work with him.”
Condor is also down for another, even though To All the Boys: Always and Forever (premiered in February) was supposed to be the third and final film. ( focusing on youngest sister Kitty Covey is reportedly in the works.) “I’m holding out hope [for a fourth film], but I would want it to be a flash-forward to when Lara Jean and Peter have graduated college. I want to see them out in the world!” As for the likelihood of such a scenario, Condor says, if the fans want it (um, yes) and if the rest of the cast and wants it, then it could certainly happen in the future. “I’m never going to say no because I hope it happens!”
Controversial tattoo artist Kat Von D almost destroyed her beauty brand. Without her, it's thriving.
Without Kat Von D at the helm of the brand, KVD Beauty is now launching products that are innovative, inclusive, and trendy.More recently, however, the company and its tattoo-artist founder have essentially become taboo in the beauty industry. Influencers stopped reviewing Kat Von D products after a slew of scandals, and consumers claimed to boycott the brand in response to Von D's feuds and controversies.
That optimism resonates with Condor's fans, especially those that applaud her willingness to speak openly aboutand . And in Glamour's latest edition of , she refreshingly discusses everything from eyelash extensions to skin-care frustrations. Read on.
Glamour: If you could change anything about beauty standards when it comes to social media or Hollywood, what would it be?
Lana Condor: Do you have seven hours? [Laughs.] I do think we are in a reckoning right now in the industry where there’s a lot more inclusion and acceptance. But what I would change is the way in which we speak to each other about clothes and what looks good on our bodies. Especially in costume fittings for productions where I go in for hours and try on a million different outfits. The reactions in the room are either: “Oh my God, get that off” or “We’ll see if producers like it.” But for someone who struggles with body dysmorphia, you never know what people are going through. My hope is people will be a little more gentle during these fittings, because they can really make you feel not so good about yourself.
Floral Dresses For Spring? Why Yes, Because We'll Never Get Enough
Over the years, floral dresses have proven they have staying power, which is why we'll never tire of wearing them.
I’m so glad you said that because people need to be more aware of what they’re saying to others, especially in fittings. In that case, how do you take a moment for yourself when you get anxious or stressed?
For me, it’s tub time. Tub time is the best time! I have three huge candles that I put in the bathroom and shut off the lights, and then I put everything from. I've become a mixologist! I do it every night, and I noticed it's helped me sleep like a baby.
What is the best advice your mom ever gave you when it came to beauty or skin care?
Sunscreen. Skin cancer runs in my mom's family and she has always told me that you don’t want to go through that when you’re older.that I recommend to a lot of people if they’re lazy skin-care users. It takes one second, which is so convenient. I also use it to set my makeup.
Fill in the blank: I love my hair…
When! My hairstylist does a really lovely mermaid, beachy wave that I can never figure out how to do myself. I don’t know how people do it even though I’ve watched many a tutorial.

Let’s say you can use only three products for the rest of your life. What are they?
The. So good. When I’m super stressed, I get red rashes around my eyes, and the iSClinical has been really helping with that. Second, Vegamour has this great for my hair that is awesome, and also promotes hair growth, which I’m all about. And I recently started using Neutrogena's , which keeps my skin feeling really luscious after. I can’t live without them.
Let’s play Screw, Marry, or Kill, but with mascara, lipstick, and highlighter.
Kill highlighter! Nothing against it, but I just never figured out how to put it on properly. Marry mascara because my love of lashes is lifelong and runs very deep. I do have lash extensions on most of the time, butthat I can put on top of my extensions. It has great ingredients too. I think it’s important to be open about the extensions because these lashes are stunning and I can’t grow them myself! [Laughs.] And then screw lipstick. I love . The formula is great, it looks beautiful, and it works with .
See the Sexiest Dresses Ever Worn to the Oscars
Sure, some stars may come hoping to win a statue at the Oscars but one thing is for sure: they all come to slay on the red carpet. And that they do with the sexiest dresses, suits and gowns the fashion world has to offer. From thigh-high slits and plunging necklines to peek-a-boo cutouts and nearly naked designs, the Academy Awards red carpet is a general parade of skin and sultriness. For starters, who can forget Angelina Jolie’s leg peeking out from her black strapless Atelier Versace gown in 2012? That single gam (and her accompanying power stance) became a viral sensation, taking over social media feeds everywhere for days, weeks, month — heck — years to come (hey, we’re still talking about it right?). If there were an award for Best Supporting Appendage, her leg would have certainly gone home with a statue. Other notable moments in smoldering goodness: Cindy Crawford stunned in a plunging red Versace number in 1991. Halle Berry wowed in with the see-through bodice of her Elie Saab gown she wore to pick up the Best Actress award for Monster’s Ball in 2002. And back in 2005 the world became obsessed with Hilary Swank’s back muscles thanks to her rear-plunging navy Guy Laroche gown. Who will we be keeping our eyes out for this year? Regina King, who has been bringing it all awards-season long. Halle Berry, who always manages to bring the sex appeal in unexpected ways. And Zendaya, who never fails to slay on the red carpet.
Finally, what city or country gives you the greatest beauty inspiration?
Seoul, Korea. You can’t really beat it. Theand just the dedication to the skin...it’s my biggest inspiration.

There's a secret expiration date on your makeup that you probably didn't know existed .
There's a small symbol on the label of all of your cosmetics that tells you how long your products are safe to use after you've opened them.Eventually, you'll need to throw out your favorite makeup and skin-care items and replace them with new ones. After all, makeup loses its quality, becomes harder to apply, and can even become harmful to your skin and cause infections as a result of bacteria buildup over time.
