The Golden Girls house has always been a point of intrigue for devoted fans of the show—specifically the history behind the sitcom’s set—and although you can’t visit either, if you're a fan of the show you're going to want to bookmark this one Golden Girls-inspired guesthouse for your next girls’ getaway.

Famously known as Blanche Devereaux, actress Rue McClanahan grew up in the suburbs of Oklahoma just across the street from the Airbnb listing that pays homage to the O.G. friend squad with fun memorabilia throughout.

Fans will find framed pictures of The Golden Girls cast and bedrooms inspired after characters: Stay in Sophia's Suite, Rose's Room, or Blanche's Boudoir complete with Martinique-styled details.

“The house does not look like the set from Golden Girls. It is more of a tribute to the ladies from the show!” homeowner and photographer Lori Harrison tells House Beautiful.

Stepping into the yard will have guests feeling like they’re on the countryside, but the quaint neighborhood is actually a "stone's throw" from town or as Rue described it in her 2008 autobiography, “17 telephone poles past the standpipe.”

So before summer comes to a close, gather around your best gals to relax in the comfort of a TV icon’s former home for only $215 per night.
