Police in Uvalde, Texas, said they were responding to reports of an active shooting with injured victims at Uvalde Memorial Park.At least two people were injured, and as many as six may have been injured, state Sen. Roland Gutierrez told the Austin American-Statesman, part of the USA TODAY Network.
LANCASTER – A man was shot dead and another was wounded this morning during a shooting in Lancaster, possibly at an area bar and grill, authorities said.
The shooting was reported at 1:42 a.m. in the 42500 block of 10th Street West, where the victim was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Paramedics dispatched to the location at 1:55 a.m. rushed one person to a hospital, according to a Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatcher. He was listed in critical condition, the sheriff’s department said.
The shooting occurred at the Xalisco Bar and Grill on 42525 10th Street West, where a fight broke out between several men, according to a source at the scene.

Police release surveillance video in fatal shooting of Temple University graduate .
Police released surveillance video on Friday in the shooting death of a Temple University graduate in Philadelphia. The Philadelphia Police Department identified the victim as 23-year-old Everett Beauregard, who was killed on the 400 block of North 35th Street around 12:30 a.m. Thursday, Capt. Jason Smith said during a press conference. Smith said that Beauregard had left a party with friends in South Philadelphia and had taken public transportation to a train stop near his home when he ran into the suspect.
