The YouTube post, nearly 30 seconds long, comes a week after a cell phone video, showing Neely in a heated argument with a local couple during a baby's photo shoot, went viral.

Police say a man spent what was supposed to be his wedding night in jail after breaking the nose of a man who refused to move out of the way of his Florida beachfront wedding pictures.

Ocean Ridge police arrested 27-year-old Jeffery E. Alvord on Sunday following the fight with a 24-year-old man who refused offers of $50 to relocate.

Alvord told police the man at Oceanfront Park became 'very belligerent' in the incident 15 minutes before he was due to get hitched.

He claimed the man stood in an aggressive manner, making him feel threatened, so he punched him.

The victim told police a groomsman held him so an 'irate' Alvord could hit him three times.

According to a report, the victim's $250 glasses were broken in the incident and his 'nose appears to be out of place sitting more to [the] right of his face'.

He was treated at the scene by Boynton Beach Fire Rescue but refused to be hospitalized.

Alvord's attorney Steven Cohen told the Palm Beach Post the incident 'did not play out' as the victim stated.

He claimed 30 guests there to watch the nuptials could tell 'a different version of what occurred'.

Alvord was released from Palm Beach County Jail after posting a $3,000 bond Monday. He married his fiancee the same day.

The newly-wed faces aggravated battery and criminal mischief charges with fines between $200 and $1,000.

However Cohen said his client still planned to go on honeymoon Tuesday.
