Teen homicide suspect shot ex-girlfriend in head before running from scene, complaint says A teenage boy accused of fatally shooting his ex-girlfriend and injuring her mother appeared Monday for arraignment. Martice Fuller, 15, of Kenosha, was charged with first-degree intentional homicide, attempted first-degree intentional homicide and armed burglary. Prosecutors told the court there was a "high level of premeditation." According to a criminal complaint, Fuller shot Kaylie Juga, 16, multiple times Thursday afternoon in the bedroom of her family's home. A Kenosha County sheriff's deputy said he was first on the scene after the victim's mother called 911. He found Stephanie Juga in a bathroom, suffering from two gunshot wounds.

A man was found shot to death inside a home in the Portland neighborhood late Tuesday, according to police, marking the second homicide and seventh person shot on a violent day in Louisville.

LMPD spokeswoman Alicia Smiley said officers responded just before 10:30 p.m. to the 100 block of N. 18th Street to a reported shooting.

Police found the body of a man in his late 20s inside a residence who had been shot, Smiley said. Police believe the victim lived in the home, Smiley said.

Updated 4:08 pm PST, Tuesday , January 2, 2018. The shooting occurred about 5:25 p.m. on the 3400 block of Adeline Street, near the intersection of 62nd Street Police arrested an Oakland man in that shooting . The department did not release any other information about the victim or the suspect.

The LMPD Homicide Unit is investigating, and no arrests have been made, Smiley said.
