Police search for man who robbed Comfort Inn in Ross Township Police are searching for a man who robbed the Comfort Inn in Ross Township early Thursday morning. Watch the report in the video player above. The robbery happened shortly after 3:30 a.m. Police said a masked man walked into the hotel on McKnight Road, went to the front desk and demanded all of the money. Police said the man then ran off and got into a vehicle. No one was hurt. Police said the robber was described as a black man in his 20s, about 5 feet 11 inches tall, with rough skin under his eyes and a short, scruffy beard. He wore all dark clothing. Anyone who can help identify the man or has other information about the robbery is asked to call police at 412-931-9070.

MODESTO (CBS13) – Police in Modesto are looking for a man who got physical with a senior while allegedly robbing a convenience store.

On Tuesday, June 4 around 6:30 p.m., the suspect walked up to the cash register and handed money to the cashier for a drink. When the cashier opened the register, the suspect reached across the counter and grabbed money from the drawer.  While he was leaving the store, the man allegedly knocked over a senior, according to a Modesto Police Department statement.

The suspect left eastbound on Floyd Avenue and is believed to live in the area between Coffee and Oakdale roads, off of Floyd Avenue.  He may also behind a similar incident that happened on Friday at the CVS at Oakdale Road and Floyd Avenue, say police.

A Brevard County restaurant owner was arrested after a teenage girl told Melbourne police that he assaulted her. A police report says that Daniel Riojas, owner of Thai Thai restaurant in Melbourne, allegedly followed a teenage girl into the restroom of his restaurant and started to perform sex acts on her. The victim said she was scared and did not consent to any of the acts performed, according to the report. When police arrived on scene, the report said Riojas confirmed having a sexual interaction with the victim and then asked investigators if she was underage. Riojas was charged with performing a sexual act with a 16 or 17-year-old.
