Investigators said a 21-year-old man was taken into custody.

His name has not been released.

The victim was identified as 61-year-old Robert Rugg.

Officers said the shooting happened after a fight between the suspect and victim.

It is being investigated as a homicide.

Police have not released any additional information.

So far, no charges have been filed.
