2 Arrested For Child Pornography By Buffalo Grove Police
Buffalo Grove police arrested two people in connection with child pornography and one for criminal sexual assault. According to police, Kimberly Schubert, 43, was charged with predatory criminal sexual assault and child pornography. Her bond was set at $1 million and was reduced to $300,000. Schubert has since posted the required bond amount. Police said Jason Akai, 44, was charged with solicitation of child pornography and production of child pornography. The victims were under the age of 13. Police said Akai’s bond was set at $1 milion and he is still in custody in Lake County Jail.

Video recorded from aboard the targeted boat,, shows a small red boat driven by a man charging at the much larger ski boat from behind.
The red boat circles the other before ramming it forcefully from behind until it is nearly vertical. It then falls back, trailing closely and driving in tight circles, until the targeted boat reaches the dock.
The couple on the boat being attacked told WXYZ they did not know the man and were headed back to their dock when they were followed. Neither was injured, but the boat suffered extensive damage.
Driver pleads not guilty in motorcycle crash that killed 7
CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — A pickup truck driver accused of colliding with a group of motorcyclists, killing seven of them, pleaded not guilty through his lawyer Tuesday to negligent homicide.
Timothy Kennedy, 39, from New Baltimore, was arrested by Macomb County Sheriff’s deputies at Brandenburg Park shortly after the incident. He is scheduled to appear in court July 15 on charges of operating while intoxicated and malicious destruction of property.

Woman, 61, accused of promoting prostitution at northwest Dallas spa.
A 61-year-old woman is accused of promoting prostitution at a northwest Dallas massage parlor police have raided twice since May. Police have received "numerous community complaints" about Green Spa on Shady Trail near Walnut Hill Lane. Detectives first searched the business in May. They executed another search warrant Tuesday and arrested Youg Sun Dews on a charge of aggravated promotion of prostitution. She remains in the Dallas County jail in lieu of $20,000 bail. Dews managed a "prostitution enterprise" at Green Spa that used at least two sex workers, according to an arrest warrant affidavit. An undercover detective went to Green Spa in June.
