An Upstate woman died after taking meth that her husband gave her, according to warrants from the Oconee County Sheriff's Office.

Warrants said Mark Crowe provided meth to his wife, Tina Lynette Crowe, which was a direct cause of her death, according to a medical professional.

Deputies said Mark Crowe was charged with abuse or neglect of adult resulting in death and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and introduction of contraband into a jail.
