3 teens wanted in deadly Akron shooting; 12-year-old among victims AKRON, Ohio – Akron detectives have issued murder and burglary warrants for three teenagers wanted in a deadly home invasion. It happened in the 900 block of Rowe Street in Akron on June 26 around 5:30 p.m. Police say the teens entered a home and shot four people. A 12-year-old boy, a 24-year-old man, a 39-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man were shot. The 34-year-old died from his injuries. He was identified as Brandon J. Varner. Police say the suspects left through the rear of the house and ran through backyards in their getaway. Warrants have been issued for Marquis Felder, 17, Zaveon Carter, 17, and Lavontae Poole, 16.

SALISBURY, N.C. — Salisbury detectives have obtained warrants for the arrest of Jaquan Kamai Morris for attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon, according to the Salisbury Police Department.

Police say they think he may be in Mocksville, Woodleaf or Salisbury.

Police also say Morris should be considered armed and dangerous and to call 911 if you see him.

Police are searching for Morris after his alleged involvement in a Waffle House shooting on Sunday.

John Dougan said a male suspect walked into the TD Bank on Adams Street around 11 a.m. Tuesday, said he was armed and alluded to having a firearm. Quincy police officers and state troopers armed with rifles were seen canvassing the area as two helicopters flew overhead. Two people inside the home were taken into custody. One person was charged with armed robbery and the second person was charged with being an accessory after the fact to a robbery. No one was hurt.

They say an argument between two Waffle House customers on East Innes Street ended with gunfire, according to WBTV.

Two men came into the Waffle House around 3:00 a.m. and started arguing and minutes later, one man shot the other several time, investigators say.

Police say the victim underwent surgery after he was airlifted to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

He is listed as being in critical but stable condition.

None of the other customers or employees in the Waffle House were injured, according to police.

No arrest has been made.

The investigation is ongoing.
