Upstate woman dies after taking meth from husband, warrant says An Upstate woman died after taking meth that her husband gave her, according to warrants from the Oconee County Sheriff's Office. Warrants said Mark Crowe provided meth to his wife, Tina Lynette Crowe, which was a direct cause of her death, according to a medical professional. Deputies said Mark Crowe was charged with abuse or neglect of adult resulting in death and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and introduction of contraband into a jail. EMS responded to Sarah's Dogwood Lane in Salem in response to a medical life alert alarm. Deputies said that when they got to the scene, they found Mark Crowe and then found Tina Crowe dead.

ATLANTA — An Alabama rapper was arrested Wednesday in a drug raid, and police said Kelvin James Dark, 37, threw several kilos of meth from the balcony of an Atlanta high rise. GBI agents and Atlanta police also arrested Tiffany Peterson, 33, of Atlanta, in the raid. The arrests were part of an investigation into contraband smuggling via domestic and international flights.

Dark, aka “K Digga” and "Mr. Alabama," is a self-proclaimed rapper and sports agent, officials said. Police recovered the drugs from the street below. Dark is charged with trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking marijuana, and possession of a firearm by convicted felon. Peterson is charged with trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking marijuana, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Agents recovered two semi-automatic rifles and a Glock handgun. The handgun was reported stolen out of Talladega, Alabama. More than five kilograms of suspected methamphetamine was recovered with an estimated street value of approximately $250,000, and agents also seized more than 13 pounds of marijuana valued at more than $60,000.
