Brooklyn woman frantic her vehicle stolen falsely claims 6-year-old son was inside to get faster police response: cops A Brooklyn woman frantic her vehicle was stolen Thursday falsely claimed her 6-year-old son was inside to get a faster response from cops — and wound up criminally charged for the lie, cops said. The 22-year-old woman called 911 about noon after an opportunist snatched her green 2008 Chrysler Pacifica from Farragut Road and Albany Ave. in East Flatbush, where she had left it with the engine running to do some quick shopping. She allegedly told a 911 dispatcher her young son was in the stolen vehicle, triggering an urgent response from cops, who immediately issued an all points bulletin and rushed out additional units.
