Colts hold Luck out of team drills at camp, cite Durant's NBA Finals injury.
The Indianapolis Colts don't want a repeat of Kevin Durant's devastating NBA Finals injury, so they're limiting their star quarterback early in training camp. Andrew Luck missed the Colts' OTAs and minicamp after he suffered a calf injury similar to the one the former Golden State Warriors and current Brooklyn Nets forward sustained in this year's NBA playoffs. Citing Durant's injury as a cautionary tale, Colts head coach Frank Reich will likely have Luck participate exclusively in individual drills for the next 7-10 days. "I was certainly thinking (about Durant's injury)," Reich told reporters Thursday, according to ESPN's Mike Wells.
