The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Baltimore Field Division is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of two men who were involved in the killing a Morgan State University student.

According to officials, on July 11, shortly before 2:30 a.m., Manuel Luis, Jr., 19, left Morgan State's campus and walked to his car at the corner of Loch Raven Boulevard and Pentridge Road when two unidentified men yelled out for him to stop, officials said.

Officials said when Luis did not comply and got into his vehicle instead, one of the men ran across Loch Raven Boulevard and fired multiple shots into the vehicle, striking Luis twice and killing him. The two men then fled the scene on foot, going westbound on Pentridge Road, officials said.
