Mother accused of severely injuring infant son A Lancaster County mother is accused of severely injuring her infant son. Alicya Bingham, 19, of Warwick Township, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Bingham and the child's father brought the 5-month-old to a hospital on March 3, according to a criminal complaint. The complaint said a doctor determined the baby had a broken femur and four buckle fractures to his knees, as well as a shin fracture that was two to four weeks old. Bingham and the child's father told police they believed the injuries were the result of the baby's 3-year-old brother picking him up and dropping him, the complaint said.
