Missing 4-Year-Old Boy Found Dead In Baltimore Dumpster, Mother Charged
Baltimore City Police at a press conference today announced 4-year-old Malachi Lawson has been found dead. © Provided by CBS Local, a division of CBS Radio Inc Police say the mother of the child admitted to investigators last night that her child was not missing but was dead. She also told police where they could find is remains which were later located in a dumpster. The boy’s mother and her partner have charged with the death of the little boy.
VERGENNES TOWNSHIP, Mich. - The Kent County Sheriff's Office is looking for a Lowell area man who went missing Sunday.
KCSO said Austin Goebel, 23, has been missing from his Vergennes Township home since late in the day on August 11. Family members said they have concerns for Goebel's mental health and believe he could be in danger, according to police.
Authorities checked the surrounding area including known trails and parks but the search was negative. A K-9 track was also attempted despite a large time gap and was negative, as well as a local hospital check.
Wisconsin man charged in death of missing Missouri woman
A Lake Geneva man has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of a Missouri woman who's been missing for 13 years. Keith Comfort, 37, was being held in jail on a $1 million bond. Police in Columbia, Missouri, said Comfort implicated himself in the death of his former wife, Megan Shultz, when speaking with police in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, on Sunday. Sunday was the 13th anniversary of Shultz's disappearance. Shultz was last seen Aug. 4, 2006, leaving the couple's Columbia apartment. At the time of her disappearance, Comfort told police that Shultz left on foot. She was 24 years old at the time of her disappearance.
Goebel is wearing unknown clothing with blue Nike shoes. He is described as a white male, 5-foot-10, 160 pounds with light brown hair and a shaggy goatee.
Investigators are actively working the case today.

Man arrested in missing Meriden mother case faces domestic violence charges.
MERIDEN -- Police say that the man arrested in the case of a missing Meriden mother has been charged. Jason Watson lived at the home with 31-year-old Perrie Mason with their children from past relationships. Police could be seen searching the property at 645 West Main Street in Meriden Tuesday night, executing a warrant which resulted in the arrest of Jason Watson. Watson faces domestic violence charges including Strangulation, Unlawful Restraint, Disorderly Conduct, and Assault. He is being held on a $500,000 bond and will be arraigned in Meriden Superior Court today.
