The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office arrested 31-year-old Wayne Lee Padgett of Valrico late Sunday. He is charged with calling the Walmart Supercenter in Gibsonton, Florida, on Sunday afternoon and telling managers he planned to shoot up the store. About 1,000 people inside were evacuated. PATERSON — For the third time in the past five months, Paterson police on Tuesday conducted an undercover operation targeting prostitution in the area of Van Houten Street, resulting in 45 arrests, authorities said.

The crackdown started with detectives posing as johns to arrest streetwalkers near the corner of East 18th Street, and that was followed by the use of undercover female officers posing as prostitutes to catch suspected johns, authorities said.
