A judge on Wednesday dismissed a domestic violence complaint against Giants safety Kamrin Moore, according to multiple reports.

In July, Moore was charged with third-degree aggravated assault in New Jersey after being accused of punching a woman he was dating. The accusations claimed that he stomped on the woman's neck after punching her.

A protective order was issued afterward that forbade Moore from having any contact with the alleged victim, but that order has now reportedly been dismissed by Superior Court Judge Frederic McDaniel, who said the domestic violence claims are "unsubstantiated."

Moore's lawyer, Alex Spiro, called the dismissal a "vindication" for Moore.

The Giants suspended Moore "pending further investigation" when he was first charged in July.

Moore was selected by the New Orleans Saints in the sixth round of the 2018 draft out of Boston College. New Orleans released him on Sept. 1 of last year, and the Giants claimed him on waivers the next day. Moore played in just two games as a rookie for Pat Shurmur's team.
